We are looking for an SMM specialist to join our Marketing Department! Our ideal candidate finds inspiration in looking for new ideas, creates engaging messages, knows how to grab readers’ attention, and never stops learning.

Applicant requirements:

• Successful implementation of the SMM strategy from scratch
• Strong copywriting skills
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram: ecosystem knowledge, promotion,
  analytics, targeting
• Experience in distributing and attracting target audiences both organically and through advertising
• Personal qualities — results-oriented, proactive, analytical thinking
• Love for SMM and IT, desire to develop in this direction, track the latest trends
• Plan content and posting and use different tools to manage multiple social media channels

Key responsibilities:

• Develop advertising campaigns in social networks and calculate KPI on the designated tasks
• Configure and optimize targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
• Analyze the data on the results of the campaigns, develop tactics for further campaigning based on the
  received analytics, analysis of competitors
• Creation of cases and their subsequent placement on external sites
• Collaboration with brand manager, recruitment departments, and designers
