We care deeply about what we do and have become experts in beautifully-designed software and consumer applications. Having different backgrounds combined, we gathered a pretty huge scope of competencies. Now we need an experienced UX/UI designer to help us become better.

Applicant requirements:

• Strong portfolio that showcases your design work and the thought process.
• Passion. You’re willing to put in the hours and to try-fail-learn. You want to accelerate your growth as a
  designer. Regular strong supervising sessions and mentorship by other team members will help you grow
  professionally.
• You need to be a responsible, self-disciplined person with time-management skills.
• Know how to work under pressure and make sensible decisions;
• Be able to lead a team and motivate them to achieve the set goals;
• Be able to provide turnkey solutions and find the best way out in case of force majeure.

Key responsibilities:

• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
